Andrew Pikturna
Andrew Pikturna is an experienced business operator and investor dedicated to acquiring and growing a great business for the long-term. With a decade of leadership in high-growth companies, he brings hands-on experience in scaling operations, strategic planning, and building strong teams.
Raised in Wrightstown, WI, Andrew’s family home had a long, gravel driveway lined with willow trees. This “Willow Road” reminds him of the values he gained from his hometown.
Andrew worked multiple jobs from a young age, ranging from making pizzas to renting motorcycles at a Harley dealership. These jobs funded his education at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he studied Finance and Marketing (Go Badgers!). He later earned his MBA from Stanford on a full-ride scholarship as a USA MBA Fellow, recognized for his commitment to Midwest economic development.
Andrew began his career as a management consultant at Accenture and then gained experience as an operator in high-growth companies at Home Chef and as an investor at Valor Equity Partners. Andrew’s most formative experiences were at Valor portfolio company, Blue Ocean Barns, where he scaled construction and throughput of an aquaculture and processing operation from a small lab to production scale, learning how to build an organization from the ground up. Most recently, he worked at ProService Hawaii, one of the most successful search-fund-acquired businesses, where he saw firsthand the impact of long-term, disciplined execution.
He is passionate about being a true steward of the company he joins, honoring the legacy built by the owner while ensuring its continued growth. This means investing in the well-being of employees, upholding the reputation the company has earned, serving customers with excellence, and contributing meaningfully to the community that supports it.
Andrew has been married to his wife, Amy, for seven years and they welcomed their first child in February 2025. They live in Evanston, Illinois with their chocolate lab, Murphy. Outside of work and family time, Andrew enjoys training for triathlons, fishing, and off-roading—interests that connect him with the outdoors in the communities where he seeks to invest in and grow a business.
